takes some nerve.
We are a young shop and will not pretend otherwise. Here is exactly how the money, delivery and returns work.
Payment you can verify
Card, UPI and netbanking run through Razorpay. Your card details reach them, never us.
Seven days if something is wrong
Damaged, defective or the wrong item — tell us within 7 days and we put it right.
Follow it to your door
Status and courier tracking sit in your account, from order to doorstep.
Delivery priced before you pay
Enter your pincode on the product page and the exact charge shows there — never for the first time at checkout.

Frequently asked
Smaller items are dispatched within 2–4 working days and usually arrive within a week. Large furniture is delivered by a two-person team to the room of your choice, typically inside 10 working days.
If a piece arrives damaged, defective or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we will put it right. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Custom-made and clearance pieces are excluded, and return postage is paid by the customer — see the return policy.
Wipe wood with a barely damp cloth and re-oil once a year. Wash linen covers at 30°C and line dry — they soften with every wash. Detailed care notes ship with every order.
For larger projects we are happy to put together a room plan around pieces from the range. Send us the room dimensions and a couple of photos to start.
We store only what is needed to process an order and answer your questions, and we never sell customer data. The full privacy policy will be published before launch.
